Synopsis : United We Will Swim Again raconte l’histoire extraordinaire d’une communauté qui se bat pour sauver sa piscine locale. Les bains de Govanhill, dans le Southside de Glasgow, ont été fermés par le conseil municipal en 2001, ce qui a provoqué une occupation de 147 jours du bâtiment, soutenue par un piquet de grève de 24 heures à l’extérieur. Bien que l’occupation se soit terminée par un violent affrontement avec la police, les militants locaux se sont réorganisés et ont continué à se battre. Après 12 ans de fermeture, l’entreprise communautaire est revenue s’installer dans le bâtiment pour le reconstruire et le remettre en état.
